    Whenever possible, try airing out your garment after each use rather than systematically washing it. Clothes do not necessarily need to be washed after every wear. This will help preserve the fibers and save energy.

    If you use a washing machine, try to fill it to capacity to reduce the number of washes and thus save energy.

    When choosing your detergent, opt for environmentally friendly products, such as Ecocert or Ecolabel certified detergents. They contain natural, eco-friendly ingredients and are less polluting.

    Sort your laundry by color to prevent colors from bleeding onto each other.

    When washing your garment, turn it inside out to preserve the colors and the quality of the fibers. Avoid washing at high temperatures and use a short cycle.
