How do I make a return?
Exchanging or returning an item couldn’t be easier. Try your purchase on in the comfort of your own home and let us know straightaway if you’d like a different size or a refund and we’ll collect it from your home, work or an alternative address.
As soon as you’ve decided you’d like to exchange or return, You have 30 days from the date you received your order to follow the below steps:
Here's how to proceed
1. Log in to “My account”
2. Go to “My returns” and click the option “Return an item”. If you are "Returning a gift" click on it on our Return Portal.
3. Select the articles that you would like to return, indicating the reason for the return.
4. Your order will be collected and shipped back to us.
5. Once your return has been received and verified by our Customer Service team, we will refund the amount paid for the article(s) to the bank account used for the order in 3 to 5 business days, or a store credit as per your request.
Returns do take us 3-7 business days to process upon reaching our facility. Once your return is processed and your refund is issued, you will receive a refund confirmation email. Refunds delay may vary and can take several business days to reflect on your credit card account. This varies depending on your bank.
Items must be returned to us unused with all tags and designer labels still attached. Returns that do not meet our policy will not be refunded, and can be sent back to you at your shipping expense. The right to return or exchange a product does not apply to certain items due to health or hygiene reasons, such as underwear, pacifiers and hair accessories. Swimwear can be returned / exchanged if tested with underwear. You can also contact Contact us for returns or Click on our Return Portal.
No Hassle Returns - Personalized item
Personalized items can NOT be returned . But If for any reason we have made a mistake with the personalization or there is a faulty product, we will ensure that the mistake is resolved immediately. We will cover all costs for the returns of the product and replace instantly.
Does My Little Thieves pay for return costs?
No. Please be aware, return costs are at the customer’s expense. The return fee in UAE is 18 AED. For international returns please click here.
Can I return items bought on sale?
Of course, we want you to be satisfied with your product and have the opportunity to open the package and look more closely at the product no matter if it is bought on sale or at full price.
Offers that generate a discount when you shop for a certain amount does not apply if you decide to return items. You will not be able to keep your discount if the items you keep add up to an amount lower than the threshold.
I have not received my refund yet. What should I do?
As soon as your return is processed and approved, you will be refunded to the payment option you specified when purchasing. It may take up to 5 business days for our warehouse to process your return after it has arrived at our warehouse. All item(s) must be returned within 30 days of receiving your order.
If you have not received a confirmation email regarding your return, we recommend that you trace the return label on the couriers website.
If you have received a confirmation email regarding your return a refund will be made shortly. It will take 3-5 business days for your money to appear on your account.You will receive a refund without applicable taxes and duties when returning your purchase, although, the local customs fee is non-refundable.
Please note that refunds can take up to 10 working days to show on your account due to varying processing times between payment providers.
Just want to exchange to another size?
There’s no cost to exchange your purchase.If you wish to try another style, simply return it for a store credit refund and purchase the new item separately.
