Use The Dog Owner’s Maintenance Log to monitor the performance and operation of your canine. Please document every visit to your service provider. Please record all medications administered to the canine. It is important to attach photographic evidence of the canine on the specially marked pages herein. The extended warranty will not be honored without these materials.

Additional paperwork and receipts can be stored in the provided envelope. In the event of a malfunction, please bring this entire notebook to your service provider. Thank you for your cooperation.

Depending on the item, the following delivery times are available

• 4 hour delivery-36 AED
 order before 2:00 pm.

• Same-Day Delivery-26 AED
 order before 10:00 am.

• Next day delivery (1-2 days)-20 AED
 order before 5.00 pm.


Rest of UAE:

• Same-Day Delivery - 26 AED
 order before 10:00 am.

Deliveries take place between 10 am - 11 pm

Our operations are closed on Sundays.
Orders placed on Sundays will be processed on Monday, and shipping timelines will begin from the next working day.
