To Remove the Spout: Unscrew the lid on your sports spout bottle. Grab onto the tab and pull gently to remove the silicone spout. To Attach the Spout: Push the silicone spout top into the lid, from underneath. Turn the lid over and pull the spout gently through in a circular motion until it is securely in place. Each pack contains two spouts, providing you with replacements for both your 450ml and 600ml Sport Spout Drink Bottles.
