Depending on the item, the following delivery times are available
FREE next-day delivery on UAE orders of AED 300 or more.
Dubai:
- 4 hour delivery-40 AED order before 1:00 pm.
- Same-Day Delivery-28 AED order before 10:00 am.
- Next day delivery (1-2 days)-22 AED (FREE over AED 300) order before 5.00 pm.
Rest of UAE (same-day not available in Al Ain, Fujairah or remote areas):
- Same-Day Delivery - 28 AED order before 10:00 am.
- Next day delivery (1-2 days) - 22 AED (FREE over AED 300) order before 5.00 pm.
- Remote areas - 40 AED, 3-6 business days.
GCC & international: DHL Express, 3-7 business days. Duties and taxes are paid by the customer.
Personalized items: allow 2 business days before dispatch.
Deliveries take place between 10 am - 11 pm, Monday to Saturday
Our operations are closed on Sundays and UAE public holidays.
Orders placed on those days will be processed on the next working day, and shipping timelines will begin from then.
